Boardsox Surf Shell Insert

I’ve worn and lost scores of surf hats by several mainstream brands. Most of them I’ve managed to recover and some were repaired only to fail again in heavy surf. The front rim is Gr8 to turn up when surfing to get a clearer view when paddling for waves and the return to normal for full face protection..
I don’t mind wearing it out of the water also because of the protection from sun it provides and will probably take it fishing next time.

Best hat ever! As described, this hat did not move and was so comfortable. The front stiff brim stayed firm and never flopped in my eyes and the soft rear brim also didn't push the hat in my eyes. Easy to clip on and off.
I love the soft, neutral colour tone as well.

Took the Coco hat on our recent Exmouth trip. Perfect for a surf and on the beach to keep the sun off your face and neck. With the detachable neck flap, it’s even a great statement piece. Love the little hidden pocket too. So glad I bought this

I love love love this hat! I get so many compliments on it. The print is so rad. It stays on surfing, biking, swimming, beach walks, pickle balling. Game changer!

I was a bit dubious as to whether it would hold up to diving under waves but I was really surprised by how well it worked.
I bodyboard most days and as I’m getting older I see the damage from the sun and surf affecting my skin, this hat is so impressive that I have recommended it to other friends, the colours are great and it looks pretty stylish!

Great hat fits really well , drys quickly, doesn’t fall off in the surf, fast delivery . Fabulous fabric and product.

Love this cap- I've worn a surf cap for years now and The Bolt stays on doesn't fall over my eyes, keeps the rain out of my face and dries quickly! The neck shade is great- doesn't get in the way & hopefully will ward off sun damage for a few more years- great hat!

Ive been searching for a small, cute, durable surf hat for surfing. I saw a young lady wearing one of your hats and pointed it out to my surf buddy Voila! an add came through my social media and was able to find you! I love how the front brim is solid and not flappy and that it fits my head perfectly. Its so dang cute, I get many compliments all the time :)

Love it! Love that the stiff brim flips up for paddle out; saves neck craning. Love the soft pink light filtering through the brim when it’s down…it is not a hard/sharp transition to the horizon. So far the hat stays on well, but honestly, I have only been out in little waves so no major thrashings. But there are a variety of ways to adjust it to your own head shape so it really feels custom fitted and pretty secure.

Good fit. Most importantly the brim doesn’t block your vision when paddling.

Don’t pay for express post - not worth the additional charge as it’s not express. Goods didn’t arrive in time so no good to me. Can’t receive a phone call from company to discuss as you get caught up in an AI loop that says you can’t call

Ordered by express post- didn’t arrive in time for trip. AI robot says I can’t return. Can’t speak to staff member. Very frustrated customer - have spent along time in AI robot loop- not happy

I love this hat. It's everything it was advertised as and more. It's comfortable, dries easily, and the helmet has already come in handy. Love it!

Super comfy. Great for paddling. Keeps the water off my glasses and sun off my face. Wasn't sure about swapping from a cap to the bucket hat but it is comfortable and protects my face a lot better. The fabrics are really nice.

Not as large as I had hoped, snug fit for a larger head. Very limited in colour choice also at this size.

My partners favourite hat, has 2 of he same design now 💜
